Each sales file needs one table, one header row and one number style (1,234.56 or 1.234,56). This pilot excludes PDFs, scans, merged reports, Google Sheets, macros, APIs, ongoing automation, inventory advice and tax or accounting treatment.

Can I order right now?
Yes. View the $20 starter on Fiverr and message us there first to confirm your file fits. Larger cleanups use a custom offer after review. Checkout, payment, order updates and delivery stay on Fiverr. This website does not collect card details or take direct payments. If you found us on Fiverr, keep messages and payment on Fiverr.
Will the workbook show my profit?
Only where complete line costs are supplied. Fees, unit costs and shipping costs must be available for the line. Missing costs are shown as unknown, not zero. Profit after those supplied costs excludes overheads such as ads, software, rent and wages.
How do you handle duplicates and refunds?
Exact duplicate rows remain visible, marked excluded and listed for your decision. The same order and product appearing on different rows may be a legitimate correction and is listed for review. If a partial refund has no refund amount, its sales and profit are withheld until that amount is supplied. It stays in reconciliation and is shown as pending.
Does it work with Google Sheets?
The pilot delivers an XLSX workbook, tested in Microsoft Excel for Windows. Google Sheets, Excel for Mac and LibreOffice have not been tested and are not promised.
What happens to the files I send?
Files are used for your project and are not sold or shared with other customers. Retention is agreed before work starts. AI-assisted tools, including Claude, help write and check the cleanup code. You may send anonymised files. The website has no file-upload form; begin with a description rather than sensitive customer records.
What is checked before delivery?
Every data row is accounted for as imported, blank or set aside and listed. Amounts per file and currency are reconciled to the cent, and Excel is recalculated with zero formula errors. Ten random rows and every flagged problem are re-read against the raw inputs. These checks establish traceability and consistency, not the accuracy of missing or incorrect source information.
Is this accounting or tax advice?
It is data cleanup and reconciliation. Your accountant decides the appropriate reporting, tax and accounting treatment.
